Billing Analyst – Customer Operations
OPPORTUNITY
Our team is looking to hire a highly motivated Billing Analyst who is self-motivated and eager to contribute their knowledge and experience as part of a team of go-getter’s and problem solvers, helping drive towards process efficiency and automation while delivering a superior customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Analyze and process system verifications including billing and meter data
- Prepare and audit customer invoices and settlement reports
- Work with utility representatives and trade partners to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system/process issues, including identification, remediation, and preventative measures
- Participate in cross functional projects as assigned
- Contribute to operational control reporting as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Energy industry experience preferred
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- An understanding of data modeling, forecasting, and other advanced concepts a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
