ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team as an Account Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our energy partners and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely support, and high-quality service delivery. You will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the account management team in delivering tailored energy solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Support account managers in onboarding new clients, including documentation, contract setup, and data collection.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure accurate billing, contract compliance, and timely renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, operations, suppliers) to resolve client issues and deliver customized energy solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
- Track market trends and regulatory updates to proactively inform clients of potential impacts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes and documentation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Recent college graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience
- Strong interest in energy, sustainability, consulting, or sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, coachable, and self-starting attitude
- Ability to take ideas and run with it without strict processes
- Curiosity and drive to grow into a client facing leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree required
